Family Time

At the beginning of August my family and cousin Isaac came out to visit us and enjoy a little vacation. It was so nice having the whole family here. My dad even came out which does not happen very often. We spent the week doing some touring of the area. We spent some time at the park, visited the beach (which always happens to be freezing cold and cloudy when they are here), saw the Redwood Forest, and visited San Francisco and Monterey Bay. We also watched the Olympics whenever we were at home which is always a ton of fun. Here are some pics from the week.

Sadly I forgot to bring my camera the day we went to the beach so I don't have any pictures from there.  We didn't do much while we were there cause it was so dang cold.  Maybe next year we will get to have a sunny beach day.  We can only hope. haha.  It was a lot of fun having the family here and we sure do miss living so much further away from them all, but we are glad there is plenty to do here so they can have fun when they come back to visit.
