Cabin Life

So June 3, Adam got off work early and came and picked me up. We met up with his co-worker/good friend Justin and his wife Tracee. We ate some lunch at the Mongolian Grill in Springville, then started the trek to Tracee's family cabin. It was only about a hour away, so it wasn't a terrible drive. It was actually really pretty. Driving through Spanish Fork Canyon at this time of the year is beautiful. Everything is green. We finally got rid of all that gross white stuff, and there was blue skies, and wonderful sunshine. We arrived at the cabin and unloaded our stuff. We went out and played some bocce ball. I was losing the whole entire game, and right at the end came back to win it all. It was pretty awesome.

After playing some bocce ball we went and looked at this cool toy store/boutique. Then came back to the cabin and grilled up some steaks. After eating we took our leftover corn and went to feed the horses that were next door to our cabin.

Then we went in and watched some movies, and went to bed. The next day we got up, grabbed some food, then went to go look at some ghost towns. They were so cool.

We saw some really cool things. Most of the ghost towns were old mining towns. After seeing all the ghost towns we headed back to the cabin, enjoyed some more time outside then headed back to Provo.
That night we had a bbq with some of our really good friends, to kind of say farewell for the summer.

Then we went and saw Super 8. It was a really good movie. And we also got two tickets for $9 off of Living Social. We went with the Drowns' and the Evans' and we were seriously the only people in the theater until the previews started. It was so fun just being super obnoxious and loud cause there was no one in there to bother.
