Continuation

Wow... It is almost September and I still haven't finished blogging about our vacation. Ok so you got the low down on Disneyland, our adventure continued with a drive to none other than VEGAS!! Oh how we love that heat. haha (not really) We stopped in Primm on our drive to Vegas to do some shopping at the outlet mall. We found some pretty good deals, but what else can you expect at the outlets. We finally arrived at my parents and it was a very relaxing 5 days we spent with them. I unfortunately didn't take any pictures. We had fun though, shopping, playing video games, sleeping in, eating my mother's delicious cooking, and watching movies. It ended up being the perfect vacation from our vacation.
After our 5 day stay it was time to head back to Provo. My mom and brothers followed us up to bring my brother Casey up to live with us. They also stayed for a few days to enjoy a little vacation of their own.
We visited temple square...

We went to Seven Peaks. I didn't get any pictures there. I figured it would not be a good place to bring my camera considering it is a water park. Seven peaks was not all it was cracked up to be. We went on Friday and we decided to do the after 4 time so we wouldn't have to pay for a full day pass. We get to seven peaks, get a locker which costed $6!!!! Outrageous... Then we went to go get our tubes so we could ride down the slides. We got in line for one slide and all of the slides turn off. We are sitting there for like a half hour waiting and hoping they would turn on considering we hadn't even got in any water yet after spending all of this money. Anyways to make a long story short we ended up never going on any slides. We went to talk to the manager and apparently the power had shut off and they didn't know when it would start up again. So after a lot of yelling, maybe a few curse words, and telling them how horrible they were, we ended up with all day passes to come back another day. Didn't really make up for the extra money that would not be refunded that we spent on lockers and tubes. So we ended up going back the next day and everything was working. Thank goodness.
That day was also the 24th of July (Pioneer Day) so we went and bought fireworks and lit them off that night. I had a lot of fun watching Adam and my brothers light stuff on fire and trying to catch it on my camera. I also enjoyed the night setting on my camera that captured some pretty sweet pics.
(well blogger is being dumb and not uploading my photos so I will do that later)

The fam left the day after and it was a sad day to think that after 2 1/2 weeks that we had to return to work. Overall, AMAZING VACATION!!
