I can't believe...

I can't believe it is already May. I can't believe Adam is done with school for the summer. I can't believe I didn't post last month. I can't believe it is still COLD in MAY!!! I mostly can't believe that we are living in a wonderful new apartment.

So April... you were quite a good month, filled with lots of fun memories. Let's get a quick recap.
Well we got to see my family TWICE, it was super exciting considering we hadn't seen them since Christmas break. We went to St. George conference/easter weekend. What a lot of fun.
Easter Egg hunts

Grilling

Playing Basketball

Playing Volleyball

Just hanging out having a grand ol' time

Two weekends later we went to Vegas for the Truman Family Reunion. It was nice being home again. I miss Vegas (only sometimes, like right now when it is cold and rainy outside and it is probably really warm and sunny back home) Lots of fun activities and of course my mother's wonderful cooking. I wish someday I will be able to cook as well as she does. She is AMAZING!! While we were there we played some disc golf which was super fun. I took my camera out to take pictures of the boys playing and I am definitely loving it, in case you didn't know the tax man provided us with an opportunity to buy a Canon Digital SLR, it is my baby, and goes wherever I go. The family reunion was a blast. We had it up at Warm Springs Recreation Center (owned by Howard Hughes who donated it to the church before he died) We camped out the night before, I forgot my camera :( so i couldn't take pictures til the next day when my dad brought it up. But we played some awesome games of ultimate, and when it got dark, glow stick ultimate. Pretty much that consisted of taking glow sticks, breaking them open, then pouring them all over our hands and legs, one word to describe this... AWESOME!! The next day was swimming, tanning, eating, tanning, sunburnt, then driving back to Vegas. Overall GREAT weekend.

Adam's family came up two weekends ago. We headed up to his Aunt and Uncle's for some good food and game playing. Phase 10 will never get old. They could only stay for the weekend but we enjoyed seeing them.

Now we are moved out of our tiny little one bedroom apartment and moved into our new two bedroom apartment (Casey (my brother) will be here in the fall to occupy room #2) It is absolutely fabulous.

That is us, hope you enjoyed...
