Busy Busy Busy

Wow, I am trying to do a post at least once a month and I just realized that this month is almost over and I have still haven't written anything. So life has been pretty crazy. I work and Adam goes to school and works, and that pretty much consumes our lives at the moment. We still like to play our occasional Rock Band/Guitar Hero. We are still too addicted to give up that necessary play time.





So Adam has went to both inhouse interviews. The San Jose one was at the beginning of this month and he just got back yesterday from the Phoenix one. It was definitely no bueno for me cause I got to sit at home by myself and sleep in an empty bed. It was definitely a sad time spending our first night apart in the 11 months we have been married. Anyways, the San Jose interview went pretty well, but we did not get an offer for the internship. There was 13 people interviewing for 3 internship positions. It was a tough realization but we still have the Phoenix one to hope for (which is the one we wanted anyway, it is so much closer to family). We find out this coming week if he gets it or not. His chances are a little better considering there is one position and only two people interviewing for it. We are looking forward to hearing some good news about that.

Regardless if we get it or not, next week is going to be a GREAT week. We are heading down to St. George for Easter weekend. I am looking forward to a break from working and seeing my family.



I haven't seen them since Christmas break and it is hard going 3 months without seeing them when we are used to visiting at least once a month.

So we think we found a new apartment to live in after this semester is over, it is alot bigger than what we are in now, and has so much more things that we have lacked for almost a year. Like a washer and dryer, cable, internet (we have been stealing from someone's unsecured network since we have lived here aka too long) 2 BEDROOMS!!! That is definitely a bonus. Especially cause mi lil hermano (brother) Casey is going to come live with us for a year so he can have an out of home experience before he leaves on his mission. We are super excited. So the apartment is in the same complex as our good friends the Drowns. We hang out with them pretty much every night, and they have the cutest little baby named Maeli. I got to babysit her this past Thursday, and she is such a little hoot. I love her.
