It's been a long time...

Wow last post was August?!! That was so long ago. It is now the first day of November and FREEZING!! So much has happened in the past two months. Let's see, where to start...
September was a blur. Adam is back in school and starting his first semester in the MISM, and he is enjoying his classes. We already started interviews for potential internships over the summer. Those 2nd and 3rd weeks of September were pretty much all about that. We were able to go to 3 preinterview dinners (who can complain about free delicious food) one right after another. Then Adam interviewed with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and USAA. He got flyback interviews with PWC, E&Y, and USAA. He had his interview with USAA a couple weeks ago in San Antonio, Texas. It looks like a very promising career with many benefits and perks, however it is in Texas which is a little too far for my liking from Vegas, but hey I guess we will take whatever we can get. Adam flies out to San Jose, California tomorrow to interview with PWC and E&Y. He will be gone til Thursday. I have never been without him for more than one night, so I am not super excited about this, but I guess it is better to just get them all done with. At least Casey will be there and I won't be home all by myself. We are hoping these ones go well also, cause honestly California would be an awesome place to live, expensive, but awesome. We will probably find out sometime next week if we got any of the internships or not, and if we get all 3 then there will be a lot of praying going on in the Wingate household to see where we are supposed to go. I have just been working. I know pretty boring but someone has to pay the bills. haha. (not really adam easily makes more than me working part time then I do working full time, but I am not complaining)

That is the update on our busy every day lives but we have been able to manage having some fun in between all the studies and interviews. The beginning of October we were able to go to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point with our friends the Drowns. They had corn mazes, delicious food, and tons of fun activities. Here are a few pics...

Breeze's Bridal shower was also a week or so ago. That was also a lot of fun. I am so excited for her wedding which is like 3 weeks away. I got to see some good friends Giulia and Jenny and it was so FUN!!

We also just got back from Las Vegas last night. We went down to enjoy the Halloween festivities with my fam. We went to a seafood buffet, did some shopping, ate at my favorite Raising Canes, carved some pumpkins, watched some movies, went to the ward Trunk or Treat/ Carnival, and ate my mother's delicious home cookin'. Needless to say great weekend.

This morning we were able to go to breakfast with Adam's family. His grandparents reported to the MTC this morning so we got to go drop them off. They will be serving in Arkansas for a year. We are super excited and happy for them. They will be such great missionaries. Now we are back to the every day grind. I am sitting at work, which is super busy as you can tell since I am sitting on my computer blogging, Adam is at school and will be heading to work in a few. We are getting super excited for the Holidays cause that means family, delicious food, and time off work. Can life get any better? I think not!
